«Avgur Estate» and ОАО «Masshtab» represent The Project  «Moscow+A101» - one of the biggest and key project that is located within New Moscow City development area. While town planning development ideas are under discussion,  on south-west of Moscow, just a few kilometers away from Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) integrated development Project «A101» has carried out. Created with wide involvement from the well-known international consultants and leading architectural bureaus from all around the world. Full-fledged mini-city is being under construction on the project territory within «New Moscow» in the outskirts of Kaluzhskoye federal highway.
